“Will you hold our schedule?”

Every trade after drywall is waiting on us, so we plan backwards from your dates and put the schedule in writing. Commercial drywall typically runs 2–4 weeks, including fire-rated assemblies and T-bar.

“How many subs am I managing?”

One. LR self-performs steel stud framing, insulation, board, tape and T-bar ceilings, so there's no finger-pointing between trades.

“Will the walls pass inspection?”

Fire-rated and acoustic assemblies are built to the listed design on your drawings: board type, layers, fastening and head-of-wall details as specified.

“Can we compare your price fairly?”

We price per wall type from your drawings. Commercial drywall runs $2.50–$4.00 per sq ft of surface, materials included, with T-bar quoted separately, so you can line it up against any bid.

“Who's actually on site?”

Our own crews, led by owner Luiz Ribeiro, in the trade since 2010. GCs and owners call him directly.
